"Losing weight is healthy"

Obesity is a risk factor for several serious diseases. That does not mean that weight loss is healthy. No doubt the drastic diets are not healthy because then body "stores" desperately nutritional reserves, leading to well-known effect, yo-yo. Various studies indicate however that drastic weight loss lead to health risks, even when body weight is achieved and maintained. Diet throw off your metabolism, causing an imbalance of hydration, liver and bile problems, heart rhythm disorders respectively. Moreover, there is no evidence that the risk of heart or arterial sclerosis would decrease through the weight loss. Healthier than any radical measures, are a change of diet and regular exercise.
