"Light products lead to weight loss"

So-called "light" foods have fewer calories, which basically mean that contains less fat than traditional alternatives. Instead of sugar however artificial sweeteners are used. Indeed, they do not contain calories, but transmit the signal to the body that needs something sweet metabolized, so it releases insulin. But when the body does not detect 'pure' sugar to break down, are directed to the blood sugar. But when blood sugar drops, the body triggers hunger. Replacements are equally insatiable. Many consumers of light products they increase, therefore the food consume and, eventually, get fat.
